The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.投標人須提供制造商的放射性儀表《SIL2認證證書》，且證書在有效期內。投標時需提供原件掃描件。The bidder must provide manufacturer's “the SIL2 certificate of radioactive instrument”, and the certificate shall be within the validity period..The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding.C.本次招標不接受代理商投標。投標人應是投標貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團內負責銷售的公司）。如果投標人是制造廠商所在集團內負責銷售的公司，投標人應提供聲明，說明投標人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團，負責投標貨物的銷售工作。Bid by Agent is not accepted.？The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods, ？including？the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid goods. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding.？（3）業績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產品的制造商應具有1個項目的聚烯烴裝置放射性儀表業績，且單個合同放射性儀表數量大于或等于20臺。聚烯烴裝置包括聚丙烯裝置、低密度聚乙烯裝置、高密度聚乙烯裝置、全密度聚乙烯裝置（提供的業績滿足其中一個裝置即可）。如果投標人為制造商所在集團內負責銷售的公司，應提供該制造商的業績。From January 1st, 2015？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied？by the bidder shall have？at least one project？Radioactive Instruments？for？Polyolefin Plants？performance, and the number of Radioactive Instruments of single contract need to be greater than or equal to 20.？Polyolefin plants include polypropylene plant, low-density polyethylene plant, high-density polyethylene plant, full-density polyethylene plant. (The performance provided meets only？one of the plants).If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of the manufacturer shall be provided.投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復印件和用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、項目名稱、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、貨物數量。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業績。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract and？acceptance evidence of goods delivery signed or sealed by the user.？The？reference evidence documents furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties),？name of project, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods,？number？of goods？.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence？under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交業績證明文件，或通過所提供的業績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業績要求的，均視為無效業績。？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯合體投標:不接受未領購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
