Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available.（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件(無)Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate（None）（3）★業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:投標人需滿足以下所有要求：The Bidder needs to meet all below requirements：2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人應具有至少有一（1）個合同的水下多相流量計或水下濕氣流量計的供貨業(yè)績，且滿足水下多相流量計或水下濕氣流量計應用于水下氣田開發(fā)項目，應用水深大于等于650m。投標人應按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括：1）銷售合同和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料(到貨驗收單或調(diào)試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明文件）。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、水下多相流量計或水下濕氣流量計應用于水下氣田開發(fā)項目，應用水深大于等于650m，用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一年度協(xié)議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為一個有效業(yè)績。未提交業(yè)績證明文件或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法驗證前述信息，均視為無效業(yè)績。From Jan. 1st, 2015 to the deadline of bids submission stipulated (based on the date of contract signing), at least one Subsea multiphase flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter contract shall be delivered successfully. The Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter shall be applied in subsea gas field development project, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter application water depth shall be deeper than 650m. The Bidder shall submit valid track records and relevant documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include 1)Relevant chapters copies of contract, and 2)Delivery acceptance materials signed or stamped by the buyer (delivery acceptance form, on-site debugging report, or other valid documentary evidence that can prove the goods under the contract have been delivered accepted). The documentary evidence shall contain but not limited to: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts shall have seals from both parties, and international trade contracts shall have signatures or seals from both parties), Manufacturer's name, goods name, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter shall be applied in subsea gas field development project, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter application water depth shall be deeper than 650m, and Delivery acceptance materials signed or stamped by the buyer.If the contract is an annual agreement, not only the annual agreement shall be provided, corresponding orders, which has been delivery successfully shall also be provided. And the order content or number shall be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding delivery acceptance materials under the same annual agreement is considered ONE valid trace record.Absence of the reference evidence documents or failure to verify the foregoing information shall be deemed as an invalid track records.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標:不接受未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
