關于常年法律顧問服務單位的征集公告

為防范與化解公司經營活動涉及的法律風險，重慶國創投資管理及子公司重慶市國地資產經營管理（以下合稱“公司”）擬啟動2024-2026年度常年法律顧問服務單位選聘工作。法律顧問主要服務內容見附件一。

公司本著公平、公開原則，征集常年法律顧問意向服務單位，請有意向合作的律師事務所在報名期限內將《意向合作報名表》（見附件二）蓋章后發

公司擬征集10家律師事務所進入本次選聘備選供應商名單。征集超過10家的，公司隨時抽取10家進入備選供應商名單；若未征集到10家的，則全部進入采購備選供應商名單。未被抽中的和最終未中選的律師事務所作為未來合作意向單位。
