normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目幸福橋站TOD綜合開發項目一期社區綜合體（社區養老機構及文化活動中心）施工 室內精裝修 標段已由金牛區行政審批局以川投資備【2020-510106-47-03-522193】FGQB-0193號批準建設，項目業主為成都金牛區幸福軌道城市發展 ，建設資金來自國家投資-非政府投資，項目出資比例為100%， 項目已具備招標條件，現進行公開招標。
