portant;\">2.1 中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人或其他組織。

portant;\">portant;\">2.2 具有獨(dú)立訂立合同的主體資格，并有承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力。

portant;\">portant;\">2.3 沒有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)、賬戶凍結(jié)、財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管或破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)，未處于貴州省行政區(qū)域內(nèi)有關(guān)行政處罰和投標(biāo)禁入期。

portant;\">portant;\">2.4 經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍包含本次比選服務(wù)內(nèi)容，按國(guó)家或行業(yè)相關(guān)規(guī)定需具備依法需經(jīng)相關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)取得行政許可（審批）。

portant;\">portant;\">3.1 凡有意參與本次比選活動(dòng)的比選申請(qǐng)人，請(qǐng)于portant;\">2022年4月13日portant;\">至portant;\">2022年4月15日portant;\">三日內(nèi)，聯(lián)系比選單位
