上海交通大學腦電事件相關電位系統 招標項目的潛在投標人應在上海市長壽路285號恒達大廈16樓1610室獲取招標文件，并于2022年02月17日 09點30分 能提供上述產品及相應服務的代理商或生產廠家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; 2)必須提供所投產品的生產商針對本次招標項目出具的授權書；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3)具有招標文件中所需設備的供貨和售后服務的能力；3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;4）參加本次招標活動前3年內，投標人在經營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當競爭手段騙取中標，無行賄犯罪記錄；4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;

時間：2022年01月27日  至 2022年02月08日，每天上午8:00至14:00，下午12:00至21:00。 法定節假日除外）
