上海交通大學(xué)多譜線分子探針高分辨分析系統(tǒng) 招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的潛在投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在上海市長壽路285號恒達(dá)大廈16樓1610室獲取招標(biāo)文件，并于2022年01月07日 09點(diǎn)30分 能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應(yīng)服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; 2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對本次招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目出具的獨(dú)家授權(quán)書；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3)具有招標(biāo)文件中所需設(shè)備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力；3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;4）參加本次招標(biāo)活動前3年內(nèi)，投標(biāo)人在經(jīng)營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當(dāng)競爭手段騙取中標(biāo)，無行賄犯罪記錄；4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;

三、獲取招標(biāo)文件

時(shí)間：2021年12月17日  至 2021年12月24日，每天上午9:00至11:30，下午13:30至16:30。 法定節(jié)假日除外）
