項(xiàng)目概況
上海交通大學(xué)變溫X射線衍射儀 招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的潛在投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在上海市長(zhǎng)壽路285號(hào)恒達(dá)大廈16樓1610室獲取招標(biāo)文件，并于2021年12月21日 09點(diǎn)30分 無(wú)需拆卸光管，即可實(shí)現(xiàn)光管本身線焦斑和點(diǎn)焦斑的切換。合同簽訂后6個(gè)月內(nèi)。/CIP Shanghai Jiao Tong University within six months after signing the contract.
合同履行期限：合同簽訂后6個(gè)月內(nèi)
本項(xiàng)目( 不接受 )聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求：
1.滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
2.落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：
按商務(wù)部的《機(jī)電產(chǎn)品國(guó)際招標(biāo)投標(biāo)實(shí)施辦法（試行）》等相關(guān)規(guī)定
3.本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1)投標(biāo)人在中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)外注冊(cè)且具有獨(dú)立的法人資格，能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應(yīng)服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; 2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對(duì)本次招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目出具的獨(dú)家授權(quán)書(shū)；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3)具有招標(biāo)文件中所需設(shè)備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力；3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;4）參加本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)前3年內(nèi)，投標(biāo)人在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中沒(méi)有違法記錄，無(wú)利用不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段騙取中標(biāo)，無(wú)行賄犯罪記錄；4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;
三、獲取招標(biāo)文件
時(shí)間：2021年11月29日 至 2021年12月06日，每天上午9:00至11:30，下午13:30至16:30。 法定節(jié)假日除外）
