normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1必須具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證、組織機構(gòu)代碼證（或三證合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照）；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.2法定代表人參加投標的必須有法定代表人身份證，法人授權(quán)委托人參加投標的必須有法人授權(quán)委托書及被授權(quán)委托人身份證；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.3具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度（自行承諾）；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>投標截止時間：2021年 12 月 3 日09:00時前按照系統(tǒng)要求上傳投標文件，并于當日09:20時前解密投標文件。

五、公告期限

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>自本公告發(fā)布之日起5個工作日。

六、其他補充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）由基本賬戶以銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬、支票、匯票、本票或者金融機構(gòu)、擔保機構(gòu)出具保函等非現(xiàn)金形式，金額為貳萬元整（￥20000.00元 ）。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）投標人以銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬、支票、匯票、本票方式繳納投標保證金的，必須在2021年12 月3 日09:00前從其基本賬戶繳納到畢節(jié)市 賬戶，且確保在投標截止時間前到賬并檢查綁定成功，未綁定成功，不能上傳投標文件的，責任由投標人自行承擔。（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉(zhuǎn)賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金）。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）投標人以金融機構(gòu)、擔保機構(gòu)出具保函等非現(xiàn)金方式提供投標保證金擔保的，必須符合畢節(jié)市 相關(guān)規(guī)定，否則不能上傳投標文件，責任由投標人自行承擔。
