normal style='text-indent:28.0pt'>1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:200%;background:white'>1.2法定代表人參加磋商的必須有法定代表人身份證；法人授權委托人參加磋商的必須有法定代表人授權委托書及被授權委托人身份證；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:200%;background:white'>1.3具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度，提供相關證明文件或承諾函；

三、獲取磋商文件

五、公告期限

六、其他補充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投標保證金交納：供應商必須在2021年12 月06日14︰30前從其基本賬戶向畢節市 交納人民幣壹萬元整（￥10000.00元 ），且確保在2021年12月06 日14:30前到賬并檢查綁定成功。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.投標保證金交納方式：銀行轉賬、銀行保函。（采用銀行轉賬的，投標保證金必須從公司賬戶一次性匯入采購人指定賬戶，且確保在截止時間前到賬并檢查綁定成功否則，責任由投標人自行承擔（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金），采用銀行保函非現金方式提交的，銀行保函可通過貴州省 綜合金融服務平臺辦理，其彩色掃描件應附在投標文件內）；
