normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>本招標項目織金縣2021年度土地綜合整治項目監理（項目名稱）已由織金縣發展和改革局（項目審批、核準或備案機關名稱）以織發改產業【2021】26號（批文名稱及編號）批準建設，招標人（項目業主）為織金縣農業發展投資（集團） ，建設資金來自企業自籌（資金來源）。項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的監理進行公開招標。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'> 2.2  建設規模：本項目總實施面積674.4131公頃，實施內容為土地平整工程、灌溉與排水工程、田間道路工程、農田防護與生態環境保持工程及其他工程。項目實施后，將新增旱地面積66.74公頃，新增旱改水面積340.0998公頃。2.3  建筑安裝工程費：23516.51萬元

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>①土地平整工程：旱改水地塊平整340.0998公頃；裸巖剔除21.5241公頃；耕作層剝離再利用66.74公頃。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>②灌溉與排水工程：新建蓄水池：100m³蓄水池118座，30m³蓄水池40座；新建輸水管道103413米，其中Φ100管道46123米，Φ150管道46142米，Φ200管道11148米，其中Φ100管道46123米，Φ150管道46142米，Φ200管道11148米；新建灌溉渠：新建0.3×0.3灌渠10847米，新建0.5×0.5灌渠8282米。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>④農田防護與生態環境保持工程：整治排水溝（0.8m×0.8）7150米；整治排水溝（1.0m×1.0m）4455米；整治排水溝（1.5m×1.5m）13154米；新建干砌石坎（H=1.5m）19632米。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt'>3.1  本次招標要求投標人須具備建設行政主管部門核發的水利水電工程施工監理乙級及以上或市政公用工程監理乙級及以上資質，擬派的總監理工程師須具備國家注冊監理工程師證書，注冊專業為水利水電工程或市政公用工程，職稱為工程師及以上技術職稱。
