normalCxSpMiddle align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:20.0pt;background:white'>本招標項目織金縣中心城區智慧停車系統工程項目（項目名稱）已由織金縣發展和改革局（項目審批、核準或備案機關名稱）以《關于對織金縣中心城區智慧停車系統工程項目可行性研究報告的批復》織發改投資[2020]18號文件（批文名稱及編號）批準建設，招標人（項目業主）為織金縣城市建設投資（集團） ，建設資金來自業主自籌 （資金來源），項目出資比例為100%。項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目進行 EPC 公開招標。

2.1建設

2.2建設內容及規模：本項目共計10個地塊，停車場地面總占地面積為31670平方米,其中地上總占地面積21670平方米,地下總占地面積10000平方米，機動車泊位設置標準2000輛。

2.3 招標范圍：設計（本項目主體、附屬工程方案設計、初步設計、工程概算、施工圖設計、預算編制及后期服務設計等）；本項目施工總承包、設備采購及安裝、配套設施等全部內容直至竣工驗收、質量缺陷責任期內的缺陷修復等相關工作。

2.4總投資：約47115.9萬元（其中工程建安費用約39751.98萬元）。

2.5建設工期：730日歷天。

normalCxSpMiddle align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:20.0pt;background:white'>3.1本次招標要求投標人須同時具備設計資格要求和施工資格要求

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:18.0pt;text-autospace:none'>3.1.1投標人須具備的設計資格要求為：具備建設行政主管部門核發的建筑行業（建筑工程）設計甲級及以上資質和市政行業乙級及以上資質，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的能力，其中，擬派駐設計負責人須具備國家壹級注冊建筑師及以上資格；

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:20.5pt'>3.1.2投標人須具備的施工資格要求為：具備建設行政主管部門核發的建筑工程施工總承包貳級及以上資質；并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的能力。其中，投標人擬派施工項目經理須具備建筑工程專業貳級及以上建造師資格、有效的安全生產考核合格證書（B 類）、且未擔任其他在建項目的項目經理。
