normal style='text-indent:14.0pt'>1）250萬t/a選礦工程初步設計，包括但不僅限于總平面、原礦堆場、破碎、粉礦倉及磨礦、浮選、藥劑制備及堆存廠房、外部供水、總降變電所、精尾礦濃密、精礦輸送泵站、精礦長距離輸送管線、精礦過濾脫水裝置、尾礦過濾裝置及臨時堆場、尾礦輸送到充填站尾礦漿儲槽，廠區內回水系統、渣場設計、辦公生活設施以及配套公用工程等。

normal style='margin-left:21.0pt'>3.1 本次招標要求投標人須提供企業法人營業執照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或三證合一的營業執照合法有效，并且注冊資金為1億元（含）以上；投標人具有國家相關部門頒發的化工石化醫藥行業甲級及以上資質，并在人員、設備、經驗等方面具備相應的能力，其中，申請人擬派
