normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本招標項目赫章縣城關至野馬川城市干道工程檢測招標已由赫章縣發展和改革局以赫發改〔2016〕710號文件批準，招標人（項目業主）為赫章縣融達安方道路工程 ，建設資金來自銀行貸款及自籌。項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的檢測進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.1 建設 S212連接線路基寬12米，設計時速30km/h。建設內容包括道路、橋涵、隧道、排水、綠化、照明、交通工程等；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.3 招標范圍：本項目橋梁工程、隧道工程、防護工程及相關附屬工程等的試驗檢測工作。

normal style='line-height:150%'>2.4 試驗檢測服務期：本項目合同簽訂之日起至全部試驗檢測工作完成為止。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投標人須具備有效的質量技術監督機構頒發的CMA資質認定證書，且認證證書中認證范圍含有相應的橋梁工程、隧道工程檢測與監測；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.投標人需具備建設行政主管部門頒發的《建設工程質量檢測機構資質證書》資質或具備交通質量監督部門頒發的公路工程試驗檢測綜合乙級及以上資質。

normal style='line-height:150%'>并在人員、設備、資金等方面具備相應的能力。
