二、申請人的資格要求：

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>（2）具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度:提供2020年度財務審計報告（包含資產負債表、利潤表(或利潤表及利潤分配表)、現金流量表和財務報表附注），審計報告未加蓋審計機構公章視為無效；或提供銀行2020年至今出具的有效資信證明；或承諾具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>（4）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄:提供2021年1月至投標截止時間任意一個月依法繳納稅收的憑證（未發生繳稅情況的，須提供零申報證明，即提供企業自行在網上申報系統中打印的已申報報表；依法免稅的，須提供企業所在地稅務部門出具的相應證明）；或承諾具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄；
