normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>投標人必須是公安部現行有效警服目錄生產企業，并具備對應貨物品種的生產資格。投標人必須提供能證明其符合本次采購項目資格條件的相關證明資料復印件（如公安部警服目錄生產企業資格證書，復印件需加蓋單位公章）；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.本項目的特定條件：①本項目不接受未獲取本招標文件的供應商競標；②招標人不接受在此前嚴重違約、與招標人因合同糾尚處于訴訟期的投標人參與投標。
