normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>本招標項目天廈同心景苑安置房項目施工總承包招標(項目名稱)已由 畢節市七星關區發展和改革局 以 七星發改審批【2020】122號文件 批準建設，招標人(項目業主)為畢節市天廈房地產開發 ，建設資金來源自籌。項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的\n施工總承包 進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>2.4招標范圍：招標人提供的施工圖及工程量清單所示全部內容(含土建及安裝工程、景觀綠化工程、場平土石方工程、邊坡支護工程、室內外所有附屬設施及配套工程等，電梯、強電、三網合一、燃氣除外。 )

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備建設行政主管部門核發的建筑工程施工總承包貳級及以上資質，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，其中，投標人擬派項目經理須具備建筑工程專業壹級及以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建建設工程項目的項目經理。
