normal style='text-indent:18.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>本招標項目高新一號廣場設計招標已由畢節金海湖新區經濟發展局\n以《貴州省企業投資項目備案證明》（項目編碼：2013-520528-04-01-115176）批準建設， 項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目設計進行公開招標。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;\nline-height:23.0pt;text-autospace:none'>2.2建設規模：總建筑面積102348.94平方米，半地下商業7131平方米，地上商業24678.05平方米，賓館40251.86平方米，配套用房837.43平方米，車庫及設備用房29450.6平方米。（以規劃方案審查主管部門批復面積為準）

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>2.4招標范圍：完成本工程的規劃方案設計、施工圖設計等全部設計內容(含綠化、紅線內市政及配套基礎附屬設施等內容)、從設計開始到工程交工驗收完成為止的全部設計服務工作。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>3.1本次招標要求投標人具備建設行政主管部門核發的建筑行業（建筑工程）設計甲級及以上資質條件。并在人員、設備、資金等方面具備相應的能力的企業，其中， \n\n

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>3.2本次招標不接受（接受或不接受）聯合體投標。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>5.1 電子投標文件上傳的截止時間（投標截止時間，下同）為 2021 年  11 月  9   日  9 時  30  分，將電子投標文件上傳至畢節市 -畢節市人民政府門戶網站業務系統，并于當日 9 時 50 分前解密投標文件。本次開標采取網上開標，投標人無需到開標現場。
