normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">（一）投標截止及開標時間：2021年 10 月 12 日9時00分 逾期提交或不符合規定的投標文件不予接受。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">（三）本項目為全流程電子化交易項目，投標人須提交電子投標文件和紙質投標文件。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">1、加密電子投標文件（.file格式）須在投標截止時間（開標時間）前通過《全國 平臺(河南省·長垣市)》 系統成功上傳。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">2、紙質投標文件（正本一份、副本肆份）和備份文件1份（使用電子介質存儲）在投標截止時間（開標時間）前遞交至本項目開標地點。
